I have been financing it since before we were even engaged, The car is financed only in my name and registered only in my name. We are getting divorced and she won't give back the car. Can I report it stolen?

If you are going through a divorce, you should have an attorney. Ask him/her what you should do.

do not report it stolen as she is your wife and might cause legal trouble... but you need a sheriffs escort onto the property of the car and are legaly entilted to your property good luck and hope this helps

If she took your car then she stole it because you don't live in a community property state.. You need to get you a good divorce attorney and have him go after her.
