If you plan to attend NOTTINGHAM University in the UK, to study for an MA in Finance, I hope your spelling and grammar will be up to the required standard for matriculation.

What should i major in considering im interested in trading and stocks? Marketing, finance, or accounting?
Im afraid of not finding a job or something I enjoy once Im done with school. So what could I do with I was thinking a BA in accounting and MA in financing and Im just so fascinated by the stock market! What should I do? Would I be able to work in the stock market? If not, something dealing with financial services. I need some kinda idea!

The Bachelor's degree will help you get a good job. The Master's will help you get a better job. However, if you are looking to do trading or stock analyzing, brokerages require you to have a Series 7 license. If you are just starting out, take this exam and get in a brokerage firm on the ground floor. Doing it early will ensure you achieve a great job once you get your degree.

finance! dont bother majoring in marketing or accng..it wont help. if u like stocks, money, etc...finance is the way to go. then dont get an MA , get an MBA..it is more focused on business and is valued better. and yes with just BA or BBA (bachelors of business admin) or BS (bachelors of science) you can get a good job.

Of course. One way to find the is in them Official MBA Guide. Schools that offer MBA degrees also often offer the MS in finance, accounting, and similar fields. They list these additional fields in their data for the MBA program. The Official MBA Guide is a comprehensive free public service with more than 2,000 MBA programs listed worldwide. It allows you to search for programs by location (US, Europe, Far East, etc.), by concentration (finance, marketing, aviation management, health management, accounting, etc.), by type of program (full-time, distance learning, part-time, etc), and by listing your own criteria and preferences to get a list of universities that satisfy your needs. You can use the Guide to contact schools of your choice, examine their data, visit their web site, and send them pre applications. You can see lists of top 40 schools ranked by starting salaries of graduates, GMAT scores, and other criteria. It's the best service available at http://officialmbaguide.org.

In MA, I finance my car, and was in an accident
In MA, I finance my car, and was in an accident?
In Brockton, MA. I currently finance my 2005 altima and last night i got into an accident. I have had the same insurance for 8 yrs and never got into an accident and even though I have full coverage and I had requested rental on my policy yrs back but they said I DONT have rental coverage. Isn't car that is financed required to also have rental so that if the car is at the shop (like in my case) I'm still able to go to work everyday to keep paying up on the car?

Even though you requested the additional coverage, you should have reviewed your policy to make sure they added it. Most people don't even look at the policy after purchasing. I've been guilty of that too.
2
You are required to have full coverage. Your policy just may not have included that. I just purchased a 2008 vehicle and I got gap insurance as well as Tender Lovin Care Services. My policy has rental coverage, BUT I may not have to use my insurance if I get in an accident due to the TLC policy that I have which gives me a rental if my care is in a shop and pays for hotel, and food if I'm more than 100 miles from my house. I'm sorry this has happened but all in all you just are required to have full coverage. You can not have just liablity on a financed vehicle. I'm sorry!

No, insurers are NOT required to offer coverage that includes payment for rental cars following an accident involving a financed vehicle. You were correctly informed some time back. That is not what "full coverage" is about or for. Your option way back then was to find a different insurance carrier who did -- and pay them the higher premium. Sad to say, you're out of luck on this one. Better luck next time.
4
What does having a financed car have to do with a rental car? If you have liability insurance then you have liability insurance on any car you drive, rental or not.
5
The term "full coverage" is a generic term used mostly to say that you have coverage against both liability (you damaging someone else's property or hurting them physically) and also that you have coverage to repair damage to your vehicle, or pay you for the loss that you suffer! It does not mean that you are covered for everything! All insurance includes the terms and conditions of coverage! These include the deductible that you pay, and what, if any, additional expenses are covered in case of loss. If your policy did not include a replacement vehicle (rental) clause, then you did not have it. Look at your actual policy to be sure that it is not included, and the insurance company is not giving information in error (funny how the errors are always in their favor). If you do not have the coverage, you will have to pay for your own rental, or find another way to work! If you have proof that you ask the agent to include rental replacement on your policy, and they failed to do so, the agent, rather than the insurance company, may be liable for your loss, due to their negligence. If you only have your word against theirs, you have no hope of collecting!

NO AND THE FUNNY THING IS IT ONLY COST ABOUT 6 TO 12 DOLLARS A YEAR AND A LOT OF PEOPLE DO WHAT IT.
7
Every time your policy was renewed, generally once every 6 months, you were sent a new policy. Did you read it? Did you notice it didn't have coverage for rental cars, and ask it be added at any time during those 8 years? Sorry, you don't have the coverage. If you need one, get one, but you will pay for it out of pocket.
8
Rental car reimbursement is a separate add on to a policy. If someone else was at fault for the accident they would be responsible to pay for your rental. If you were at fault, you will need to pay for the rental. You may consider having that added to your coverage for the future.

No, it's not required that a financed car has rental car coverage on it. You need to look at your policy, EVERY YEAR when it renews.

If you want to teach children then go for the MA in education. If you would like to work one on one with children in a school setting (i.e. school social worker) or do clinical work with children then go for your MSW. I believe you can immediately start doing therapy with children after you obtain an MSW, depending on your state laws. Good luck!!

Your choices are Grand Valley or Freiburg? You can't choose on your own? Where do you want to live? Do you want to be that far from family/friends? Which offers a better education? It's July.................... you'd better be making your decision NOW!
2
I don't know which one you should attend, but consider these questions, then decide: (I really think you can't go wrong either way) Are you "American" or "European"? Can you speak and comprehend fluently, the language that your primary instruction will be in? Which place do you want to live? Where do you want to work after graduation? Where is your family and loved ones? Is one m,ore affordable than the other, or is money no object? Is either degree more suited to your ultimate objectives?
