We both signed a Bill of Sale. I had financed the car, gave her the check. I have possession of the car, title. She is on vacation now. I want to register the car but the back of the title is not filled out. Does she still own it? I live in Mass.

sign their name dont need bill of sale unless you dont have a tittle which you do and anyone can sign a name which is why you keep car tittle put way not in car so on one can get their hands on it easy to sign a name

well, IF you sign it, then find out something, like theres a lien on it, she could get you in trouble for forgery, I'd just wait.

You can sign her name, you wont get in trouble, it happens everyday.
