I am a MA economics from a State U. I went in the MA program right after the undergrad. So I do not have any formal working experience besides a summer internship just done with the biggest auto insurance company. I have a good GPA and looking for a job in financial industry. I turned down 3 offerings as a financial advisor of the major insurance companies because I AM NOT a cold call person (my internship experience told me that). Many people said I am crazy. I totally know that I want to pursue a career in investment/risk/portfolio/foreign exchange analyst. However, I did not have any related offerings. I got turned down from 3 interviews already. I have tried monster/ Roberthalf/hotjobs/indeed/craigslist etc. Where can I find my dream job? Is there anyone can refer my resume? Could you suggest some headhunters please? I am eager to establish a career as a analyst!!
